Voice multiplied

(C) 2014 by Metta Anderson

What is it like
to hear your voice
multiplied
but not
amplified

The softness
a laugh
a comment
conversation
among you
the you
multiplied
in many voices
from many sides

and not
just
you
in
one ear

I want to know
how you sound
when a thousand
of you
whisper hello

and the angels
giggle
in response

Small chimes
in the wind
talking to you

Because
they can hear you
all of you

and
I
can
not
